美加的频率是一样的。加拿大只是GMRS不需要licence。8 _2 G/ M, F& M) s9 ^1 U

7 W$ S6 ?7 A" r由于Nanaimo的朋友增加到三人，trailheads之间再carpool就比较麻烦了。所以这次大家都直接到Maple Mtn. Rd.的trailhead。先走summit trail，如果下来后还想走coast trail的话，就要走roundtrip了。

# g2 l. s1 B; w  L: G- l; X* }( h不知道zy710000和sunshadow住哪里。这次还是按原计划7：30都到Costco吧。iloveuvic和bonnie22就麻烦痞子接一下。

* Z7 Y9 \6 v; L" ^0 T# Q4 x* U6 \不知你说的summer tail 是否是blue trail？blue trail 比较容易，costal trail 要难一些。 如两条都走的话, 先走costal trail要好一些(不然累了会影响安全).  景色不错, 还看到了bald eagles and sea lions. But scenery wise, we still like east sooke costal trail better, " C1 \; Q3 n% @0 }5 `7 q7 N
