/ L# f8 z" z% d3 Y3 HOne night I had a dream
9 S0 S; Z" g' X& }5 ]9 P7 lI was walking along the beach with my Lord.
& E3 B5 p% g( ]  N4 b+ }Across the sky flashed scenes from my life.& u7 t1 [  J$ S  H0 p
For each scene I noticed two sets of footprints in the sand,8 x+ h6 Z1 e# b; u( l- ]
one belonging to me
( E+ @7 w4 L0 z- Yand the other to my Lord.
# V4 q- T! R! H2 rWhen the last scene of my life shot before me
9 M6 Z2 z1 V6 ?" O2 KI looked back at the footprints in the sand.
- r1 h4 ?2 t0 T6 d& NThere was only on set of footprints./ k/ D8 |8 U+ _, b# M, Z
I realized that this was at the lowest 5 g3 s' m  \4 ]  R
and saddest times in my life.
0 Z- t) r5 ?- OThis always bothered me
, `; k: v. j* M3 I# b0 `and I questioned the Lord
: b, w! W" g" V1 Qabout my dilemma.# j" s5 X( f% `: t: X& U
"Lord, you told me when I decided to follow You,
, s* e" `2 O2 x5 }You would walk and talk with me all the way.
& J  A# B, z" g* x4 Z0 U8 hBut I'm aware that during the most troublesome
, a3 ]* _/ f3 J3 ^0 b( a, Ptimes of my life there is only one set of footprints.* s5 r9 @/ `2 d0 ^& y; {
I don't understand why, when I needed You most,
6 ^/ I9 G: [. `7 j; Cyou leave me."
/ h. D+ w% e4 [He whispered,  "My precious, precious child,
/ F7 ~* K( o4 [% b0 x' KI love you and will never leave you
- k: P3 ?( U. X9 C& snever, ever during your times of trial and testings.
* P5 m( J+ _( u  M& u( k7 V( _When you saw only one set of footprints
